Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-impact Performance Marketer to drive digital acquisition and growth. This is a
hands-on, team-leading role where you’ll plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns
across paid channels with a focus on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
● Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads,
YouTube, and other digital channels
● Lead a team of content, design and performance marketing and mentor junior marketers to
deliver strong ROI across campaigns
● Build and scale lead generation funnels, optimize CPLs, and drive conversions across different
audience segments (ICPs)
● Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and iterate strategies to meet growth goals
● Manage ad budgets efficiently and deliver consistent performance improvements
● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital performance marketing
Qualifications & Experience
● 4-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, especially in managing large-scale paid
campaigns (>2Cr).
● Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including content, design,
paid media, SEO, and automation.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and performance-driven
campaigns.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
● Fluent communication in Hindi and English
