Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the execution of growth initiatives for MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) acquisition. This role involves close cross-functional collaboration, rigorous tracking of key metrics, and ensuring strong outcomes across onboarding, activation, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Drive end-to-end execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to support MFD acquisition and growth
•Track and monitor key performance metrics including onboarding, activation, and revenue growth
•Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR
•Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, events, and outreach programs to generate and nurture leads
•Manage the complete lead funnel from generation to conversion and activation
•Ensure strong CRM discipline, including accurate reporting, timely follow-ups, and data hygiene
•Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance execution efficiency
Key Requirements
•3–7 years of experience in project management, GTM strategy, or business coordination roles
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•High ownership with a strong execution and follow-through mindset
•Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate across multiple teams
•Data-driven approach with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
•Prior experience in Fintech, Mutual Fund, or Wealth Management industry is preferred
