Job Title: Content Lead – Centre of Excellence (CoE)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Content Lead to anchor the Content Centre of Excellence at AssetPlus. This role will drive both content execution and content strategy across platforms, ensuring that all content is aligned to brand narrative, funnel objectives, and audience needs.
This is a hands-on role with ownership across formats and channels, requiring strong execution, structured thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

What You Will Do

Content Strategy & Execution Across the Ecosystem

  • Shape and execute content strategy aligned to funnel stages
  • Own and deliver content across formats including long-form, blogs, PR, internal communications, and platform content
  • Translate business and campaign briefs into clear, structured, and effective content

Content Operations & Delivery

  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent output across platforms
  • Build efficient workflows across creation, review, and publishing
  • Coordinate with design, video, PR, and performance teams for end-to-end execution

Quality, Consistency & Brand Alignment

  • Maintain a high bar for writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all assets
  • Apply brand guidelines across formats and channels
  • Bring rigor to reviews and reduce iteration cycles

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with PR, video, and digital teams on shared deliverables
  • Be open to feedback and build on inputs from across teams
  • Contribute to a collaborative and efficient working environment

Campaign & Internal Content Support

  • Support execution of integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and PR
  • Contribute to thought leadership and storytelling initiatives
  • Support internal communication, decks, and leadership messaging

What We Are Looking For

  • 7-10 years of experience in content, editorial, or marketing roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working across content formats including digital and video
  • Ability to think in terms of funnels, audience journeys, and content strategy
  • High ownership and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
